NESEMOS Veteran Auto Hub is a social enterprise founded by the daughter of a fallen Ukrainian veteran, Mariia Ksondzyk, and journalist, serviceman Petro Shuklinov. It combines the repair of military and civilian vehicles, professional training, and employment for veterans and displaced persons.
In February 2022, with the start of the full-scale invasion, a team of volunteers led by Petro Shuklinov began raising funds to purchase vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Purchasing, repairing, and delivering vehicles directly to the front line, we faced the problem of poor-quality repairs at commercial service stations, which sometimes endangered the lives of our volunteers. This prompted us to create our own auto service, where we could ensure high standards of repair and maintenance.
We have repaired over 450 (as of 01.01.2025) vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine for free, ensuring the reliability and safety of equipment on the frontline. Vehicles on the frontline mean quick evacuation, warmth, and light. Each vehicle's crew consists of at least four people.
We created a platform where 85% of the sales from downed russian aircraft artifacts are directed towards repairing evacuation vehicles for Ukrainian defenders. Also, thanks to this, about 250 vehicles have been purchased and delivered to the front.
We provide opportunities for professional training and employment for veterans and internally displaced persons, promoting their reintegration into society and economic independence.
Our priority is the free repair of evacuation vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We cover costs up to 50,000 UAH per request from military units.
For the project's financial stability, we provide repair and maintenance services for civilian vehicles, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
We plan to launch an auto service profession school based on our auto hub, training 12 specialists annually in four automotive areas and creating adaptive workplaces for veterans, including those with disabilities.
We aim to create a network led by veterans and displaced persons, implementing high service standards and supporting the launch of two franchise locations per year, enabling veterans and internally displaced persons to create their own services across Ukraine.
We plan to fully open a war trophy museum and event site based on our auto hubs, creating a space for the community and socially important events.
We will continue to provide professional training, employment, and a supportive environment for veterans and internally displaced persons, fostering their professional growth, reintegration into the community, and economic independence.
We believe our efforts will contribute to the restoration of life and the strengthening of communities throughout Ukraine, creating a sustainable ecosystem that supports our defenders and their families.
